Wednesdays and Fridays 12-12:50pm
This class is designed to bring you the best of both worlds, Indoor Cycling and Barre. 25 Minutes of each will give you a total body workout that will increase your endurance and help you sweat off the long week’s stress. No cycle or barre experience needed.
Mondays 9-9:50 a.m.
Thursdays 5-5:50 p.m.
This class will focus on breathing techniques and provide sequences with slower and more static postures to help participants find relaxation through an ideal balance of body and mind. Open to all levels.
Mondays noon-12:50 p.m.
Increase your endurance with our power-driven indoor cycle! Our instructors will keep you peddling along and help you reach your cycling goals with a fun, upbeat workout. No experience necessary!
Tuesdays noon-12:50 p.m.
This faster flow class is designed to increase heart rate, strengthen muscles and build endurance through quicker movements and longer holds. Power Yoga will also improve flexibility and balance. Open to all levels.
Tuesdays 5:15-6:15 p.m.
Join us for a Latin and world rhythm dance fitness party that mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style workout.

Getting Started
If you are interested in personal training, please stop by the front desk and ask for a personal training registration form. As a new client you must complete the personal training registration form and purchase a fitness assessment. You can purchase fitness assessments and sessions at the fitness center front desk. Once you have completed the form, please turn it in and Jason, the Facilities Fitness and Wellness Manager, will reach out to you to start your personal training journey.
Program Policies
All our sessions are 60 minutes long. Sessions are scheduled between the client and trainer and are appointment only. We require 48 hours in advance notice.
All program sessions expire a year after purchase. These are non-refundable and non-transferable.
